Industrial engineers play a vital role in automation, information control and process quality across industries from manufacturing and health care to transportation and technology. According to the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics, employment for industrial engineers is projected to grow 12% from 2023 to 2033, much faster than average for all occupations.
